Personalised Memorial — People & Pet Lithophane Pane

A gentle way to keep a much-loved person or pet close. Create a translucent ivory memorial pane with a name, optional dates and a short message, with the option to include a favourite photograph.

Part of Kotoisa’s signature lithophane collection, this original design is individually 3D printed and carefully finished by Kotoisa. Its quiet ivory surface comes alive with delicate detail when light passes through it—a distinctive keepsake for a cosy home.

Made in lightweight PLA, a bioplastic derived from renewable plant feedstocks, and designed for lasting indoor display with gentle care. PLA is a plant-derived plastic; the finished pane is not intended for home composting.

Choose a botanical text-only design, a photo remembrance for a loved one, or a pet tribute with an optional paw-print motif. Each layout is prepared with care so that your chosen words and image remain the focus.

How to personalise

1. Place your order for one memorial pane.
2. Email hello@kotoisa.co.uk with your order number. Tell us whether it is for a person or pet, the exact name, any dates and your short message (up to 80 characters).
3. If you would like a portrait, attach one clear, well-lit photograph that you have permission to use. We will check its suitability and contact you if an alternative would give a better result.
4. We will send a digital layout for your approval before printing. Production begins after approval.

Example wording includes “Always loved, forever remembered”, “Forever in our hearts” or your own personal tribute. Dates and photographs are optional. Please check all spelling and dates carefully.

One pane is included per order. Buying through a partner retailer? Provide your personalisation and photograph to that retailer with your order reference; they will coordinate it with Kotoisa.

For indoor decorative use. Handle by the border, wipe gently with a soft dry cloth, and keep away from direct heat and naked flames. Fine layer lines and small tonal variations are part of the printed finish.
